Payment options

To pay for your order you can choose the payment method PayPal. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page during the ordering process. There you can log in with your login data and then confirm the payment. The debit is made by credit card, direct debit, credit or Giropay – depending on which means of payment you have saved with PayPal.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one on the PayPal page.

We cooperate with CrefoPay for the processing of all other payment types. CrefoPay is an offer from Creditreform.

You can conveniently pay by invoice in our online store. After the order process you will receive the bank details and the purpose of payment by e-mail and on the printed invoice enclosed with the delivery.
Please transfer only to the account mentioned and please state the purpose correctly so that the payments can be allocated.
If you decide to purchase on account, your data will be forwarded to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstrasse 11, 41460 Neuss, Germany, for credit assessment. If this check does not bring the desired result, because, for example, the data can not be clearly assigned, we will automatically offer you other available payment methods.
In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the bank account from which you made the transfer.

In the case of returns, we will transfer the credit amount to your bank account.

You can conveniently and securely pay with your credit card in our online store. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard. During the checkout process, please select the appropriate card and enter the required data in the fields provided.

The credit card data is transmitted encrypted by SSL. You can recognize this by the "https" in the address bar in your browser on the payment pages. Thus, your purchase by credit card with us is very safe.

To increase the security of credit card payments we use the credit card security procedure 3D-Secure. This procedure is called Verified by VISA for VISA cards and MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard cards. If your credit card is 3D-Secure-enabled, you will automatically be redirected to your bank's site. There you can confirm the transaction by entering your personal SecureCode and password. If you have not yet registered your credit card for the 3D-Secure procedure, you can do so during the payment process. After the 3D-Secure authentication, you will be automatically redirected back to the store. In case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the charged credit card.
